WALLACE , Katherine Lynn

Passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospice in Sarnia on Sunday, August 9, 2026, at the age of 69 years.   Beloved wife of Shayne.  Loving mother of Teralyn, Curtis (Victoria), and Ashley (Tyler). Grandmother of Scotlyn, Declan and Brooklyn.   Survived by her brother Brad Henderson (Nancy), and her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Bill and Ilene Henderson.  She is also survived by her canine companion Rosie.

In her retirement, Kathy enjoyed knitting and tending her beautiful gardens.   Her favorite was travelling with her husband and best friend, Shayne.   They had so much fun visiting many countries and logged many miles on countless day trips.  Thank you for all the help from the VON and her wonderful care group.   Everyone made Kathy’s journey a little easier.

Cremation has taken place.   A Celebration of Life will take place at the Forest United Church on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 1:00pm.  For those who wish, memorial donations to St. Joseph’s Hospice of Sarnia-Lambton would be appreciated by the family.
