WRIGHT, GaryEdwin

(January 28, 1948 – April 5, 2026)

Gary passed away at Bluewater Health with his loving wife Carol Ann by his side.  Predeceased by his parents Patricia & Jack Wright.

Gary leaves behind his son Tim, grandchild Grace, daughter in law Marisha, and many wonderful cousins.

Gary enjoyed his times with the “Luncheon Cousins” and the coffee get-togethers with his pipefitter buddies.

Gary loved his 1969 Chevelle and spent many happy hours in his garage tinkering and polishing.  

He was a life long resident of Sarnia, and enjoyed snorkeling, scuba diving, and boating.   He was also a volunteer with St. Joseph’s Hospice in Sarnia and Rayjon in the Dominican Republic.

Special thanks to Bluewater Health ICU for their care given to Gary, Dr. Verma and the oncology staff at Victoria Hospital in London, to Matt from Local 663 for his help with WSIB.   Many thanks to cousins Paul Hornblower and Ken Wright for their help and support with arrangements, and to her life long friend Connie Koehler for her steadfast support.
